Fault identification for problem-free turbo replacement

Our experienced technicians have the skills to analyse why a turbo has failed.

By examining it using a high-powered optical device, and drawing on years of turbocharger knowledge, we can identify what caused the problem — helping you eliminate the cause, before you risk damaging the replacement.

2 Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty on all turbos

All turbos supplied by BTN come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. We are so confident about the quality of all our turbos, we give you two years’ peace of mind.

No Quibble Warranty for diesel heavy commercial vehicles

Our No Quibble Warranty for truck, bus, agricultural, off-highway and marine applications provides one replacement turbo (or free repair) in the event of a unit supplied by BTN Turbo failing, for whatever reason, within one year of purchase only.

It does not cover claims for any consequential losses as a result of failure of the first unit. We define ’heavy commercial vehicle‘ as above 3.5 Tonnes, requiring an HGV licence.
